We are now taking bookings through to the end of 2012.  The weekly rental in 2012 will be €1,250 during July and August, and between €800 and €900 at other times.  We will also consider bookings in to 2013.  

In addition to the rent a security deposit of a minimum of €250 is taken in respect of all bookings, and is returned less the cost of breakages and telephone, oil and electricity.
