Further afield. You’ll find many good restaurants and bars in Dingle town, and Kenmare. Whilst you are on the Dingle peninsular, The South Pole at Anascaul is a bar worth a visit. It was owned by one of the great Antarctic explorers, Tom Crean, and there are many evocative photos and memorabilia on the walls. Also a nice memorial to him in the small park opposite.
